Carribeans have been known to be colourful but nothing prepares you for this splash of colours at the 46th annual West Indian Day Parade which is aimed at celebrating Caribbean pride and culture. It was held at the Brooklyn’s Eastern Parkway. Even though rain threatened to pour, these party rockers danced with wild abandon. See some dazzling costumes and get set for the carnivals and festivals here in Nigeria!
